I had my vehicle returned to the shop after body work was done due to an issue with the brakes. I was told the brake components looked fine and was told an alignment was done. When I left there my steering wheel was crooked. I took the vehicle to West Herr and was told an alignment needed to be done even though I was told days before one was done at Car Star. Complete brake job, rotors and pads needed to be done despite Carstar claiming rotors looked fine. I was sent a video showing the poor condition of the rotors with actual burn/ wear spots from overheated rotors. All rotors were warped. $1316.00 after being told all was fine.
