Our experience w/all of the guys here was amazing from start to finish!! They were very detailed, helpful beyond, efficient always keeping in touch regularly of each phase of repairs always explaining all the steps & truly kind men! I have taken three vehicles to this shop over the years. The first was a 2013 black Cadillac, the second a 2022 white GMC, and most recently a 2021 black GMC Denali. Each time, the quality of their work has been excellent. The paint matching is incredible, and the attention to detail really shows. One thing I especially appreciate is that even when the insurance company pushed for aftermarket parts, CARSTAR insisted on using OEM parts, explaining that their warranty could be affected if aftermarket parts were installed. That commitment gives me great peace of mind knowing my vehicles are repaired properly and with original parts. I would absolutely recommend CARSTAR to my friends and family.
