Damian makes promises than doesn’t follow through. It’s obvious promises are made to get the business but once they have your car then everything changes. Work performed by body shop was satisfactory except they did not replace scratched red reflector in bumper (should have been included in insurance work) nor did Damian ever provide quote to replace passenger side exterior black panel (not part of insurance claim). Both were discussed on first contact. Not interested in going there again. Wouldn’t waste any more of my time.
