I was lied to about what was done and not done on my Sprinter. Additionally, due to not doing what was said was done and what should have been done, my battery was run down and therefore, when I picked up my van, the Battery Low Voltage Cut Off had triggered and my stereo would not turn on. Anyone working on Sprinters should know to turn off the battery before working on the rig and the quote and charge to SF charged for battery work that was not performed. The actual body work was sufficient, but not excellent. I expect honesty and excellence of work. I did not get this…
