Outstanding! The shop is beautiful, clean and well organized. I felt complete confidence leaving my car in their care. The damage to my front bumper was minor, with only paint damage from a parking lot hit and run, however, with all the cameras and assemblies to deal with removing the front bumper, I was a bit anxious about finding the right shop to help me. I’ve been referred to “gold star insurance” shops over the years and have been horrified at the treatment of my car and the quality of work. So I went with a personal recommendation this time! Family members had trusted three of their vehicles to CARSTAR Excel Auto and highly recommended them as a great option for fast service and total perfection! This is exactly what I received! I’m thrilled that my Lexus IS perfect again! I invest in nice vehicles and drive them for 8-10 years, it’s important to me that my cars hold their value and look as perfect as the day I bought them when I sell them for top dollar!
