We never received updates on the truck while at the shop . I had to personally call and ask they never told us a date of when we could pick the truck up. They never told us about the parts that they could not get. I had to contact GEICO and get them involved to find out what was going on with the truck so no our experience with them was not pleasant

They are very lacking on their customer service skills I had to get Geico involved they even find out what was going on with the truck

They ruined a Pontiac emblem that goes on the trunk when getting trunk ready and they said they couldn't find one to replace it and I found one on eBay for $103 and they said we don't look around for one they just get from their supplier and they couldn't get one I'm not satisfied. This is a new original emblem

Service was great. Aftermarket step cover doesn’t fit properly and Barb is ordering a new step cover. Once that is resolved I would give it a 10.

Overall the repairs that were made were excellent. There are a few imperfections which is expected, nothing can be perfect to how it was before. There were some small details that could be addressed but overall I am satisfied with the results.
