I have always had a good experience with Gurley Leep. I purchased my last two cars from you folks as did my mother. She was actually the english teacher to a couple of the Leep boys!

Overall I'm rating the repair an 8. I understand that the insurance company wants you to repair with used parts which is what I agreed too. However, part of my repair was the front headlight area. I noticed right away that the inside of the headlight cover was 'cloudy' and I didn't like that. I wish someone had called me to let me know that so that I could have at least found out the cost of a new headlight cover which would have matched my other headlight cover. As cars age the covers become cloudy but mine were crystal clear prior to the accident.
