The repair was fine. The communication was lacking. The night I dropped it off I was told I would get a call the next day with an estimated completion time but no one called. The following day no one still had called, so I called and was told the repair was completed already. I'm glad I called and found out so I didn't have to pay extra on the rental car. The following day I started getting text messages about my repair status, even though I already picked up the car.

The repairs were as good as I hoped for. The paint was blended in perfectly. The final result was that there was no indication that there had been an accident. However, there was a bolt in the left rear tire and resolving it was a hassle. But I still would take my car back if I have another accident.

Between their inability to estimate any where close to what it took costing me 3x as much in rental car fees and the lack of communication, and lack of empathy of the impact it was having on me I could not in good faith recommend them to anyone.
