The reason I’ve given a low score is because they need to clean up their office when you walk in. It’s just not appealing. I don’t even really wanna sit down because honestly, the chairs seem dusty. They really need to tidy up the office which would make it more welcoming.

Very good communication with me on my repair progress. Cost was very close to the estimate. There was one problem with the seat adjustment at pickup, but the mechanic fixed it momentarily on the spot. I appreciated all their help.

The repair replaced the driver's side door, excellent work; however, the camera in the car is not working and it worked fine when we took the car to the body shop.
