The team kept me in the loop of progress from the beginning. The cleaned and vacuumed my car better than I could've do to needing shoulder replacement. I would definitely and already have referred them to a couple clients who are thinking about getting some minor repairs done to there vehicles,!!!! They are very exceptional! The guys down at the east side CARSTAR did an excellent job with the repair of my bumper. It Was the first accident I have been in to which I had to deal with insurance. They guys made the transition of the rental car and drop off super simple. Kept me in the loop over the entire process and made sure everything worked accordingly.

The people at Carstar 702 E 64th St Tacoma WA 98404, they work extremely irresponsibly. I told the person who received my application three times that they had written the wrong claim number, but they said they would correct it and tell me to rest assured, in the end they kept the wrong claim number, which delayed the compensation between me and the insurance company. And the repairers had put white glue on my black plastic, and there was a dent that they hadn't repaired and repainted.
