Dings or scatches in my front driver window tint that was not there. Paint imperfections on hood and grill. The replacement headlight is all scratched up and a little yellow..honestly kinda irritated...had my car for 3weeks when was told 1week.

Even though I was please with the work and the communication.....I expected more in how my truck was given to me. I by no means would expect a full detail of the truck.....but I would expect it as clean of not cleaner than I dropped it off. The outside had white finger prints all over one side and big white smuges like some one leaned against it with something on their clothes. The inside looked like someone touched all over inside leaving scuff marks and white stuff all over. Even in weird places you wouldn't think someone would need to touch when just working on the outside bumber. The steering wheel had a white substance that we have to dig out of many of the perforated leather. We had to use a tooth pick and wet rag to get it all out. The truck is brand new and I know how we dropped it off. It was like some repair person coming into your home to fix your stove and than leaves dirty shoe prints all over the house and then just walking out. Very disappointed with this part of your service.

I was not only not asked about my car when I dropped it off, but even when I brought my concerns to the GM I was not at all listened to. Instead, him and the shop he sent my car to did not visually inspect the car for the mentioned issues. Instead, I got "we drove it and it's fine, we did an alignment anyways." My car is still not driving properly but I gave up and am having my car looked at by a trusted shop. I will never have my car sent to this shop again.

It was hassle free. It just took longer than expected. I was under the impression that when I dropped my car off it would be worked on right away. Next time I would want to clarify when the work was going to begin so that I could wait to drop the car off until it's actually being worked on.
