Even with the lack of communication the repair work itself was top of the line.

Only reason I gave a 3 was the customer service was good. Other then that, the job they did was terrible!! I would never recommend or go back here. Paint job was s***. And I think it ended up coming back with more scratches then original.

The Mechanic at Carstar did a very good job repairing the converter that are cut-off underneath the car. Everything went smoothly and I’ m happy that our car is fixed and running again.

He was friendly when I went to pickup my car at his repair shop after receiving the phone call from him the same day that the car is ready for pickup. It took us only a few minutes to sign the paperwork and we drive the car home.

The child lock on all doors still do not work. The back trunk doesn't work either. Bad service didn't fix our child lock and we didn't have our car for about 4 months.

Great experience. Only 2 issues kept u from a 10. 1. Nobody called me for an appointment to bring the car in. State farm forwarded the info and I was instructed you would call to set up appt. 2 weeks later I called u. 2. Once in the shop, I could never reach anybody by phone, could not speak to a person...AND, mailbox was always full, so no messages either.
