Excellent customer service. I misread the text from CARSTAR thinking my vehicle was ready for pick up. I showed up 5 hours ahead of the actual pick up time. They immediately worked on my SUV and completed within an hour.

Everything from beginning to end was a smooth process. I loved the partnership with enterprise car rental because when I dropped off my vehicle with CARSTAR, they quickly made a phone to enterprise and they came to pick me up. When I went to pick up my vehicle from CARSTAR I simply left the rental with them and they took care of the rest. Thank you!

I’m grateful for how quickly and efficiently the shop handled everything. From the fast repair estimates to the consistent updates throughout the week, the entire team was incredibly helpful. What I expected to take months was finished in just a week, which really eased the strain on my family since we were relying on a small rental car that didn’t fit all of us comfortably. Christian went above and beyond in taking care of our vehicle. He even touched up a few older minor damages that insurance wouldn’t cover.
