I was really stressed out when someone rear ended my parked car. The service at CarStar made it less stressful. They were professional, competent, communicative, and timely. I’m forgetting the name of the woman at the front desk (Lisa, maybe) but she was great. I appreciated the ease of getting my car back in shape with CarStar.

The repair work was completed and the vehicle was returned to me. However, after receiving the car, I noticed a change in brake performance. The brake pedal now requires more pressure and braking feels less responsive. This issue was not present earlier. I request assistance in getting this new concern properly diagnosed and resolved.
