Excellent overall experience. My car was repaired in a quick and timely fashion. The office staff were pleasant and the shop guys did a great job repairing the damage. In addition they washed and vacuumed my car. Great job guys thank you!

Very professional!!!! I liked the text updates. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. She kept me updated on the status of my deductible from my insurance company (collision vs upd). My car was done earlier than expected which was awesome. The estimator was very quick and made sure usaa got the estimate immediately. I actually work for an insurance company in claims and now feel really good about sending our insureds to carstar.

The staff at Car Star Collision did an awesome job on repairing my Chryvsler 200. After my car accident I did not think my car would ever be the same. The service was great but I had some New Orleans Saints floor mats that was missing when I picked my car up but other than that the staff at Car Star did a great job on my car.
