Overall, good service. Delays are hard to deal with. Had we realized this, we could have made more informed arrangements regarding return of rental, etc.

Estimated time of delivery was delayed several times. Shortage of personnel and supplies is understandable; but the final wait for an alignment was a costly inconvenience, given that the 30-day window on my rental car coverage had run out.
