Car was covered in dust when picked up and had dusty hand prints inside car. Car should be washed before customer picks up car. I had to take car to be washed. Dust didn't "blow off" when driving it.

My car looks as good as new! Everyone is very professional and the text updates kept me up on the progress. Ada called Hertz several times while I was waiting for pickup and then canceled them and called Enterprise. She is always kind and takes the stress off the customer. I trust Imperial and always recommend them.

Fantastic. Ada looks out for her customers. The rental company was taking a while but she was on top of the situation, calling them multiple times and ultimately canceling and booking another company. This was without me asking. She knows it’s a stressful time to have to bring your car in, try to get to work, etc and she makes it as easy as possible.
