I've been a longtime customer with Imperial Auto Repair but slightly worried about CarStar, but Ed was very friendly, interested in my needs, and was able to help with an added repair on my car at an affordable price.The lady at the counter who's name I forgot and who has helped me through the years was terrific, cordial and helpful as usual. She remembered me although it's been a few years since I was there. My car was ready a day early which helped in my planning for the week. The entire experience was extremely impressive. They made me feel like family which you never would get or expect from a car body shop. WELL DONE
