It's never pleasant to deal with the aftermath of an accident t. I was pleasantly surprised at the experience. Isaiah and Wendy were quite understanding and communicative of the process. Also I valued the text updates on the status of my vehicle. I work for a high integrity company and as a result expect that everywhere I go. I was beyond impressed with communication, speed and quality of work and great effort to resolve miscommunication with my insurance company. Already told my friends and family that this is the place to go should you need work done. Thanks CarStar. The whole team at Jacobus was such an amazing experience. They all went above and beyond compared to other repair shops I have dealt with in the past. And on top of that they had my car in there for less time than expected which saved me money on my car rental. But most of all we went out to examine the work and I have to say their body repair guy really knows his stuff cause my repairs were top knotch quality workmanship. Thank you to the whole team that made this a happy, no stress repair.
