John did a great job on my 2017 Silverado truck drop off process was easy individual I first met was very professional and explained the process got my truck back in one week. Everything was up to my standards inside cleaning happened as well which went over above and beyond very impressed Gus at the front at pick up were very nice and helpful would definitely be visiting that shop again if needed.

The team at Carstar was excellent. I was very impressed with how my vehicle was handled. The team kept me informed with daily updates. When I got my vehicle back, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. It looked amazing. I cannot say enough about the service I received. Brianna and Hannah were friendly and professional. The body repair team did a great job and the paint was incredible. Very impressed and happy.

We only dealt with Hannah at the front desk, and she was very capable, courteous and friendly. She kept us informed, answered our questions and made us feel like everything would be in good hands with the damaged car. In fact, the finished car looked new and we were thrilled.
