The car looks great. However there was damage from a previous unrepaired accident in the same area as this one which I had repaired to the point where it didn't affect operations and passed inspections. I mentioned the to the adjuster not to repair/charge to the insurance, but were repaired and charged anyway. As a Christian I feel this was an unethical practice against the insurance to please the customer.

I had no idea what to expect, but as I went through the process, I was glad I chose this insurance-recommended company for the repair. It took time, but I was reassured as they made the best choices for the repair, replacing parts rather than repairing, under the hood, and repairing external, cosmetic damage beautifully, to keep costs down. They took time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this company.
