The repairs were nearly spot on, just a couple of areas still had some dents in them. I worked with Mitch and he was very professional. I was not impressed with the promised date of completion being pushed back 4 times. I was also not impressed with the lack of attention to detail. There was over-spray from the paint that covered half of the hood of the car. I had to ask twice for it to be completely buffed out. This occurred while I was picking the car up. The interior of the car reeked of cigarette smoke and the entire interior of the trunk is covered in fiber dust from the painting as well.

They called to let me know that my pick-up would be delayed so that they have enough time to clean up my car after repair . However when I came to pick up , there was a mess inside , not even just vacuum. Your store has a detailing department which I expected that my car would be detailed to vacuum after all the dust and odor for all most 4 weeks in your garage . After my complaint, your people broght it back and returned after 15 minutes... difference couldnât b told after only 15 minutes of vacuuming...I believed that your service could be better than it ... is that because of the people who helped me or because of your service just like that ? Also I figure out one of the parts was broken right after my car had been out of your garage .. Thank you
