I was told to pick up my vehicle because it was ready. They still had not replaced the mirror cap and the sticker on the door looked bad. I mentioned these things to the owner Matt and he was very kind and had the mirror cap replaced immediately. He agreed with me regarding the sticker and promised to have it redone. He delivered on his promise. Matt was very nice and professional. There is still one issue pending that needs to be resolved. The window is not going down before the top. That still needs to be fixed. It just required a little patience to ensure everything is satisfactory. I would rate a 10 because the car looks good, but I'm still waiting for the window issue to be resolved. So for now its a 9.
