The work was done correctly and the manager was courteous. There was a small paint chip which the shop missed but the manager said he will correct it when I return. The repair was delayed but not because of the shop. Insurance insisted in using used parts which extended the work. All in all a good experience.

CARSTAR Manassas did a wonderful job on my vehicle. Had an insurance repair scheduled with a different repair center only to arrive at my appt to be told they don't work on my model car. Took a chance and stopped by CARSTAR with no appt. They assisted me with getting my insurance claim transferred to them and got my car in same day and it was completed to perfection the very next day!!!! Highly recommend 👌🏻
