I can go on and on of gratitude with this place I've never been through this and my car means the world to me and this place knew my story took care of her and when I picked her up she looked brand new even washed her and vacuumed and wiped down the inside and their customer service was amazing and I just want to say thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart thank you for taking care of my baby car and getting her back to me in a timely manner even though it felt forever and it wasn't it's just I got my hug back and it made me feel complete. 😊🌈♾️🫂❤️

This place took care of my car my car means so much to me and so very much sentimental I feel connected with my twin brother with that car and they took really good care of her and she came back as a brand new off the lot they washed her they vacuumed her they wiped her down from the inside just everything and very nice and caring and respectful I recommend carstar 100%!

After having signed a " repairs needed" shop had me wait extended period of time waiting for unneeded parts or wheels that were replaced at previous shop with no communication. This should had to guess as to how much money they needed to collect and could not provide complete invoice for amount due before billing the adjusted amount to insurance, I was provided a piece of paper with "about" how much it should be.
