Very happy with a work in a timely matter as promised. I didn’t expect to get it detailed and cleaned inside the car as well. Very happy with above and beyond customer service. The price was also better than other competitors. I will definitely come back if needed to have any future repairs.

So I brought my car in on Aug 25. I was then told that it would be ready by 9/26. Then I was told it would be pushed out until 10/3. Then it was pushed out to 10/10. Then it was pushed out to 10/17. After calling and complaining, I got my car back on 10/15. The problem with this is that i had to wait 7 weeks for a minordamage fix, and I had to pay for my rental car out of my pocket because of the delays. This was told to the shop, and I was told that it would be reimbursed by the shop. I was charged $268.90 and got reimbursed 204.74, so I'm still out $60 THROUGH NO FAULT OF MY OWN. The staff was good on keeping me informed, especially (i think his name) was Daniel, who took over the repair status long after I had the issues of the finish date being pushed out. In the future I would not use nor recommend using your shop for car repairs.

I needed the car earlier because I was moving it to another state. It was originally scheduled for pickup on Monday, but the team went above and beyond to have it ready by Friday. Not only was the work completed quickly, but the customer service and repair quality were excellent.
