Overall great experience, however, i felt the auto email updates were poorly timed and would have appreciated the guys going the extra mile to clean both head lights to match instead of making one look great and the other left dirty.

I was given an estimate on removal of a scratch on the back door of my equinox & was informed that the entire black door would be refinished. At the last moment I pointed out a scratch on the upper area that would need attention during the refinishing process. All of a sudden she informed me that it'd cost more......in fact, she quickly added another almost$600 cost that I had been told would be part of the original cost which more than doubled the first estimation. I felt this was an unjust addition, & even expressed my dismay which was totally ignored. I had to decide to have nothing done other than what was included in insurance coverage. $600
