What really stood out was Michael’s communication—he did an amazing job following up and keeping me updated throughout the entire repair process, just as he promised. That level of consistency and transparency made the whole experience stress-free. The quality of the repair was outstanding, and my car looks as good as new. I would absolutely come back again (though hopefully I won’t have to—knock on wood, no more fender benders!). Highly recommend Michael and the team to anyone needing collision repair.
