Mike at Carstar made me feel like we weren’t even in a accident!! First being sent to another, I asked to be given a second option. Just after reading a view reviews I felt good about our choice. Mike was personable and his customer Service was impeccable, I couldn’t have made a better choice! He took pride in his work and made us feel comfortable; getting hit from the back on the freeway is not a very comfortable situation, I was more than pleased with his personalized phone calls keeping us in the loop during the entire process. They not only did an amazing job on the car, looks like new again, they delivered on time, and clean.

Mike was amazing and very friendly. He called me and informed me of every step in the repair which I appreciated. The team went above and beyond on detailing outside of the repair based on a comment I made about having issues with sap on my car.
