Karstar is all business. Communication was always forthright. Work was completed in a timely manner. Most of all I liked the extra mile they went to polish my hood and touch up the window to make their repair on the fender match up perfectly.

The work took about 3 times longer than it was estimated, I was told the windows are taken out for paint (overspray on back window weather strip) , just to drop the vehicle off took just over an hour, the communication was terrible, the back door is not straight but the paint looks great.
