The repairs done to my truck this time at this shop we subpar. Was very disappointed in the quality control before releasing the truck. There were clear imperfections within the repair area. The finished paint on a OE replacement bump was poor and could see sanding scratches and polish marks. This is not the same quality I’ve seen in past repairs on the same truck.

The front driver side fender was repaired and can clearly see the repair. There are small pits from the body filter and the painter did not check before final paint. The new OE bumper was poorly painted and than sanded and polished. Can see sanding marks and polish on both sides of the bumper. The filter under the headlight was also painted. There was small rock chips and they were not repaired during the repaint of the panel. This is the more poorest workmanship I have seen come from this shop. There was no quality control and a lot was missed before having me coming to do final inspection. Between the body work and poor quality of the painter this is a very large disappointment.

Customer service was good till the final inspection on pick up. They should have inspected and looked before calling. Than while asking what I would like to do, she pulled back and was waiting to see if I would take the vehicle. She should have stated that it’s not to there quality standards and send it have to paint to be repainted. As the customer I had to reject the poor workmanship.

The staff were friendly, and really helped me out in the end. The only thing I would draw mention to would be that getting text messages on updates might to some feel great, but the other side is that to some it feels disconnected and a little uncomfortable/impersonal (especially I would imagine with elderly not tech savvy customers) when there are multiple aspects of your vehicle being repaired. Also not everyone knows the process or trusts the process so further feelings of being disconnected may leave some like me feeling like they aren’t sure they made the right choice in using this establishment. The experience wasn’t horrible, just could have been better and more wholistic.
