Came to pick up car & found windshield was cracked. It was fine when I took it in, & the windshield was not part of the estimate. I question the quality assurance person, who should have noticed windshield before calling me to say car was ready.

Great job, except for quality assurance last step before calling to say it was ready.

Car wasn't ready when message told me it was. Discovered cracked windshield. 8/25. They were mystified . They ordered part & received it 8/28. Drove car back & they fixed .

Left car 8/28 am. Got car back at 3pm on 8/28. Got apology from them for not noticing cracked windshield. Car looks good, otherwise. Now fully satisfied.
