Came to pick up car & found windshield was cracked. It was fine when I took it in, & the windshield was not part of the estimate. I question the quality assurance person, who should have noticed windshield before calling me to say car was ready.

Really appreciated all the communication. Carolyn was very helpful in explaining the process and recommending Enterprise, which made the pickup at the end so convenient. Wyatt’s call was very reassuring; appreciated the commitment to OEM parts and the explanation about outsourcing the electronics. Also appreciated the detailed invoice at the end so we could see exactly what was done. We have not experienced any issues with the car.
