The replacement of the back window along with the trunk and passenger rear door was great! Everything seemed good. My only thing is that there was some areas where there were still shards of broken glass along the back floor/seat and the trunk.

Carstar RS was responsive to our questions and enthusiastic in their desire to help us. However there were a few glitches along the way, including excessive time to get parts (not really Carstars’ problem) and a double charge on our credit card. Overall it was a great experience.
