I wanted to compliment the team at Carstar Superior Collision Lackland for the excellent service I received during my recent repair. Everyone in the office was kind, professional, and very helpful in explaining both the insurance and repair process. The turnaround time was impressively fast, and I especially appreciated that the team handled returning my rental vehicle for me as well. Most importantly, the repair work was impeccable. Everything was good on the outside. But seats were all dusty inside, the lady came out and cleaned most of the seats. But the car still smells like a paint shop inside. Overall, I give this Shop Five Stars for good work.
