Took more then 3 weeks to get fixed. Got called on April 6th they received the hood but couldn't get until April 20th!! Thankfully didnt need a rental or in would have been put of pocket even after 2 weeks insurance covered.n

Tylers did not call me to schedule the appt. Once they submitted their quote, I waited 2 weeks to hear from someone. Once I called them, it was clear they hadn't even thought about scheduling me yet. I'm not the middle man between insurance and the mechanic...I'm the client and should not be responsible for proper comms.

I received auto generated emails about the progress of my vehicle. However, When the ETA came due, I heard from nobody. I called the shop and the manager said those are AI generated emails and don't really mean anything....and he has no idea what emails are going out to customers. This seems like a complete disconnect to me.
