The vehicle was brought in for an estimate for insurance purposes. Parts were ordered, repair scheduled. When I picked up the fully repaired vehicle, a piece of the front bumper was cracked. When brought to the dealers attention. He said they forgot to order that part. SO, they put the broken part back on my car. Had I not noticed, I would have drove away. Were they trying to dupe me?
