I was very satisfied with the work of CARSTAR West-Hill in Hillside, IL. My vehicle was repaired and retuned in a timely manner. It was also cleaned inside and out. The staff was friendly and very communicative, giving me text updates on the status of my vehicle on a regular basis. I highly recommend CARSTAR due to their 5 star service.

When I originally got estimate I was told it was only going to take a week or so as all parts would be in before I would be asked to bring car in. Because of that time estimate then I rented a car outside my allowed stipend from insurance thinking it would only be about a week so was just frustrating it took over two weeks because then I may rented a car instead within my allowed stipend if I knew it would be that long.
