Great communication. Truck came back with cigarette smoke smell… and the backseat was rattling (didn’t rattle before). I don’t know the official name of the part, but the inside lining of the front driver’s side wheel rubs the tire when it’s turned all the way to the right. It’s also not very secure at the bottom. It doesn’t interfere with basic driving, so I guess it’s not a huge issue. We were able to rig up the backseat to stop the rattle & are working on getting the smell out. I didn’t personally see the truck before it was brought in and was unfamiliar with the dings and scratches it had prior to the accident, so my expectations were a little higher than they probably should’ve been. Overall, I assume everything that was detailed on the quote was completed & we were pleased with the level of communication.
