From the start, the customer service was top notch with the Orem location. They communicated well and did their best to make it a smooth process for us. Even the little details of helping us not have to rent a car and giving the car a wash and vacuum before returning it to us! Hopefully don’t need to, but if so, would go through this company again!

Cascade does a beautiful job. My only complaint is it took over 2 months to get a part in which isn’t necessarily Cascades fault. They were great at keeping me updated weekly
