Our car looked and smelled amazing. It was incredibly nice to see our car cleaned up even though it was the outside getting worked on. Haille was the nicest fronted person I’ve probably ever met. I felt like our car was really getting taken care of after a sucky accident.

Cascade was great! Hailie and Jonathan were really nice and easy to work with. I really appreciate it that Hailie constantly reached out to me to make sure that I knew what was going on, that was very sweet! Even though it took a long time to get repaired, I’m glad that I took my car here. It looks like brand new again!! :)

They kept me informed as to the status of the repairs, and the drop off and pick up experiences were professional and "comfortable" (in ordinarily anxiety-laden circumstances). Also, the coordination among the repairs, insurance company, and rental car company were pretty much seamless.

I've never had to go to a collision repair shop personally but these guys set the bar high and met, and exceeded my expectations. State Farm suggested them to me, and I will recommend them to others as well.

Everything from start to finish was smooth and easy from communication, to getting insurance taken care of, ordering the parts, to getting the vehicle fixed, to dropping off the rental. They even washed my truck for me, which wasn't expected. The end product looks great. I've never had to deal with a collision repair shop so this was a new experience and it was a good experience.
