The entire team at CDE were amazing and very helpful through our stressful rear end accident. They frequently kept me up to date about the cars progress and ensured the car would be taken care of. They fixed my vehicle very quickly and looks as good as new!

We live in Naperville and travel to their Tinley Park location for service. Why not choose a closer CDE location? I know I will get great service from any of their locations but their if familarity with their team in Tinley plus they know how OCD I can be about my car.

The team at CDE has been taking care of our car boo-boo's for years. Their management style is to treat the customer how they would want to be treated, if the roles were reversed. Always a pleasant, hassle free, quality repair done by CDE and especially helpful through all these years has been Rob and Eric Freiberg. Why go anywhere else?

C.D.E. Collision Repair did an excellent job on my vehicle repairs. After my accident, I walked into the shop and Glen came out right away to assess the damage and provide an estimate of the repair costs. I waited to hear back from my insurance company to confirm that C.D.E. was one of their preferred repair shops. Once approved, I scheduled my appointment and arranged for a rental car. The drop-off process was seamless, and the rental car company was there to pick me up, which made everything very convenient. When I picked up my car, I was amazed—it looked brand new! Not only were the repairs flawless, but they had also cleaned the car inside and out. I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Glen and the women at the front desk were polite, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend C.D.E. My antenna fin is not flush on the roof, it's higher on on side with a gap

My antenna cover doesn't sit flush and is now tilted on the roof. While you painted the top you can feel and see the dent. You also left tape on the roof. Finally, the seat belt didn't hang from the ceiling like it does now

I was impressed by the work that was done to repair the damage to the car and how clean and polished the car looked, inside and out when I walked around the car and got in. Even noticed that the engine compartment was cleaned and looking good. I'm glad that I decided to bring the car to C.D.E. Collision. This shop is highly recommended, twice my 2024 Kia EV9 has been at the Tinley Park location for 2 different comprehensive claims and the results are perfect. The estimator Dave, who dealt with my insurance adjuster, went above and beyond to painfully deal with the tediousness of each revision keeping me updated along the way and Tim the regional manager is very kind and kept me in the loop with the issue that arose. They work directly with Enterprise to get you a ride to and from the rental shop so you always have a set of wheels to get you back on the road. I would definitely do business again, they really care about their customers safety and well-being. The receptionist Brittney is also very polite and helpful.
