C.D.E. has had two of my tesla vehicles. 1st issue in my 21M3 was a deer strike. They fixed my car to perfection. No issues no rattles. 2nd issue on my MY was an exit gate closing and a door ding. I was referred to this CDE collision center by VW of Orland. My vehicle was being repaired-it was damaged in the Kankakee tornado/hail storm. My 2025 VW Atlas was at this shop for a month-PDR and traditional dent repair. I was quoted 4 days, then it changed to a week. I need traditional dent repair on the hood and the side panel. Well 1 week turned into a whole month. I had to reach out to someone in management to finally get some answers about my vehicle. When I picked it up they told me they were able to PDR the hood. Now I’m baffled because what took a month to repair. I was out 2 grand in rental fees. Also, when I spoke to Matt about my vehicle he told me he had to put air in my tire. I was confused because my vehicle was only 6 months old and it was brand new. I never had a low psi tire issue before they had my vehicle. So I get my car back and I’ve been putting air in my tire- I made an appointment to see why my tire is showing low air- the tire shop shows me there is a slither of metal in my tire and it can’t be repaired. It has to be replaced. Now I’m out another 300 dollars. I’m waiting to get the metal. My vehicle app doesn’t show low tire pressure before my vehicle was in the collision centers possession. I would not recommend this place and I’m upset that VW of Orlando recommended me to utilize this place.
