I worked with Carlton throughout this process and he handled everything extremely well. He stated the repair would be timely with an emphasis on high quality. When i received the car, it looks like I just got it off the lot. I just got it back a couple days ago, but have experienced 0 issues. Carlton provided me a detailed explanation of all services performed on the vehicle and the reasoning. He fought to ensure the insurance company was not cutting corners. i appreciate that. Exceptional delivery and I am extremely excited to be driving my BMW again!

A CARWISE email that day said it was ready, but Carlton confirmed it was not when I called. Trina called on Monday midday to inform me the car was ready for pickup. Ed had flawless communication throughout the whole process. From the moment I dropped the car off, to all the updates from there to picking up the car, he made the process stress free and he always answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and communicative. I really appreciated working with him. I felt like my BMW was in great hands. Ed was truly amazing.

I am very satisfied with how Ed at CCC handled the repair of my car. I was so nervous to drop my BMW off but as soon as I met Ed, he made all my worries go away. He answered all my questions that I had and he continuously update me about my vehicle. His communication was flawless and so was his competency and knowledge. I truly appreciated having someone like him take care of my precious car.
