The Body Shop did quality repair. The Receptionist (Trina) was exceptional. Carlton very professional. Only one glitch…My car was promised by COB Friday, July 10th. A CARWISE email that day said it was ready, but Carlton confirmed it was not when I called. Trina called on Monday midday to inform me the car was ready for pickup. By and large, I am satisfied with the repair.

Ed had flawless communication throughout the whole process. From the moment I dropped the car off, to all the updates from there to picking up the car, he made the process stress free and he always answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and communicative. I really appreciated working with him. I felt like my BMW was in great hands. Ed was truly amazing.

I am very satisfied with how Ed at CCC handled the repair of my car. I was so nervous to drop my BMW off but as soon as I met Ed, he made all my worries go away. He answered all my questions that I had and he continuously update me about my vehicle. His communication was flawless and so was his competency and knowledge. I truly appreciated having someone like him take care of my precious car.
