The repairs were done on time, and were done professionally. Would prefer a little more communication on the status of the repairs by text message, email or phone calls.

Bright my BMW here after it was rear ended. I worked with Carlton Davis who explained what needed to be done and assured me it would be completed in 2 weeks. The repair work was amazing and the car looks exactly like it did before. Carlton kept me informed of every step along the way.

Pick up my car to a cracked windshield however on May 28th when we conducted a walk through and additionally on June 1st when I dropped it off there was no cracked windshield. Estimate did not include cracked windshield so I’m confused. When did this happened? So from the time of drop off until pics were taken it appeared? Something isn’t adding up.The crack starts on the same side as the accident but somehow it has nothing to do with the accident? Ok. Just magically was there before the accident? Absolutely not. Instead of fixing the windshield because it definitely happened due to the accident. Now I have to pay another deductible and a new claim has to be opened. Terrible experience. Not to mention that there was a disgruntled customer there when I dropped my car off, I should have taken that as a sign. Terrible experience and I still have to get things fixed due from the same accident.

Ever since I picked up the car, I am having lighting issues. Sometimes when I start the car all the dashboard lights are extremely low or not coming on at all.

I had a great experience using carstar. They made the process super easy inconvenient for me and did a great job of keeping me updated and informed.
