My windshield was cracked when I picked my car up. There was nothing there when I dropped it off. It looks like something was dropped on it. When I called I was told it was not something you could help with that it was probably from it getting hot and cold. Absolutely not. There was nothing at all there before and if you have cameras you can check. Disappointed that it was just dismissed.

Carstar and its employees were welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout the whole process. I was kept informed of the status of my vehicle all the way up until it was complete completed. The car rentals share the same space which made it easy and dropping the car off and then moving right to the rental. This is a process and way of operation that should be done with other companies. Great job.!

I've already sent an email summarizing the issues with my vehicle, complete with pictures. There were SIGNIFICANT scratches on ALL surface areas of my car (roof, hood, trunk, fenders and doors) that were caused during the sunroof repair process. These were absolutely NOT pre-existing scratches. Additionally, the key fobs were not rekeyed completely/correctly, as I get an error message that the "Key ID is incorrect".
