They took great care of my Honda Civic after it had its airbag stolen. Kept me updated about the progress of the replacement part and notified me of additional work that had to be done. They even gave the interior of my car a much-needed wipe down and vacuum. Got rid of about five years of dust from the dash and console, so thank you! My car was in perfect working order upon return. All staff I met with were polite and professional, even while in the middle of a transition of management. Will definitely be returning for any future repairs.

When my car was ready, it looked good as new, with everything calibrated to perfection. They even wiped down the dash and washed the mats, which I hadn’t done in quite a while, so thank you! I’ll definitely be going to CHILTON Berkeley for any future repairs.

My car was broken into the night before Thanksgiving and the driver front airbag was stolen. CHILTON was incredibly accommodating when I had to reschedule multiple times while dealing with my insurance claim. I felt so bad when I even came in late on the scheduled drop off day due to the battery dying, but the team was so understanding. It was the previous manager’s last day when I dropped off my vehicle, but he gave me a full rundown of the part ordering and turnaround expectations. I was introduced to the new manager when I called the next Monday for an update and he was already up-to-speed on my vehicle. Communication was consistent and much appreciated.
