The work on my car was fantastic. It looks incredible, I have zero complaints. The employees were friendly and explained everything to my satisfaction. The only possible complaint I have was with getting the car scheduled in the first place. No one answered the phone multiple times that I called, and no messages I left were returned. Once I did manage to get the car scheduled everything was smooth sailing.

I was satisfied. One suggestion -- it would have helped to have an update a bit sooner in the process although I realize it may have been difficult in my case since some of the work had to be done with a metal shop.

I am very pleased with how the repair turned out. I deeply appreciate Rosendo's hard work and attention to detail when working with the liable insurance company to clarify his findings during his inspection to help restore my vehicle back to its original condition. Sometimes it was hard to reach the body shop via phone, I understand that they are very busy, but it was nice to get a heads up through another review to know that reaching them by phone is sometimes difficult.

Prior to starting repairs officially, it was a bit hard to get a hold of the shop via phone and email. However, after repairs started, the shop was very communicative. I appreciate Rosendo’s attention to detail in helping me deal with insurance.
