I recommend CS Chilton Berkeley for vehicle repairs. Staff were polite and courteous with excellent communication. The facility was very clean. Automated updates were received daily via SMS for my vehicle. Repairs were completed on time and my cayenne was clean like new upon pickup. If for a facility for body work this is a great place.

Did not give accurate timeline estimate, did not properly record my preference for being called instead of texted with updates, left loose glass within the frame of the car requiring a follow-up appointment after having had my car for one month already, and left sticky areas on the windshield and interior of the car that were not cleaned properly before returning the car to me. Not a good experience at all.
